What is pumice block?
Pumice is a natural, volcanic rock formed as a result of volcanism, crystallized, porous independently of each other, spongy, and resistant to physical and chemical effects. Pumice insulation block is used as an interior and exterior wall construction element in all kinds of buildings and as the main construction element on floors.
We produce pumice bricks as mortared wall blocks. We use masonry mortar while building the wall. In addition to this, we also stick pumice wall blocks with special adhesives.
The standard size is 39x15x20 cm. We produce pumice wall block dimensions in different sizes upon request.

How to Install Pumice Brick?
Before applying pumice bricks, we make sure that the floor is level. We control the structure of the ground with the ground-level scale. We pour a cement-mixed mortar on the floor that we have smoothed and cleaned, and we do the floor leveling–smoothing process.
Then we place pumice blocks, one at each corner. At this stage, we pull the master thread and check the ground flatness on the scales, then we knit the first row.
After making the block pumice wall block, we fix it with the help of a plastic mallet and make it fit into place.
The most important factor to be considered when installing pumice blocks is that there is no gap between the building column and the wall. We fill the gaps of 1-2 cm with wedge material and prevent any gaps. (We use polyurethane foam or mortar in this stuffing.)
